We are a small team running this project in our spare time, so please allow a few days for a reply.
Download and get started
Helbreath Forever is publicly available on iOS through the App Store and on Android through Google Play. The game is still in beta.
Download the game, then create an account with email and password or continue with Google or Apple. You can create a character after signing in.
If you need help downloading or signing in, email support@pibardos.llc.
Reporting a bug
Bug reports help more than anything else. Useful reports include:
- what you were doing and what you expected to happen;
- what happened instead;
- your character name, the map or city, and the approximate time;
- a screenshot or short clip if you have one.
Send it in game with Feedback / Report a bug, or email support@pibardos.llc.
Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Helbreath Forever account and its data at any time.
To make a request, email support@pibardos.llc from the email address on the account, or from any address, with:
- the subject "Delete my account";
- the email address and, if you have one, the character name on the account you want deleted.
We may ask you to confirm that you control the account before we act, to avoid deleting the wrong person's data.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and the email address and provider identifier attached to it.
- Your characters, their appearance, stats and inventory, and your saved game data.
What may be kept
- Short-lived security logs and records we must keep to comply with the law.
- De-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone. For more detail, see the Privacy Policy.
Security
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email support@pibardos.llc with the subject "Security report" rather than posting it publicly. We appreciate responsible disclosure.
